Several years ago, the Village passed the International Property Maintenance Code. Section 302.4 Weeds. States that all premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth with the allowable height of grass not to exceed 6” (inches) anywhere within the Village. This week violation letters will be going out to everyone who has grass and/ or weeds that exceed 6".
